Therapy is an investment in your well-being and happiness.
It will improve your life and the lives of those you care about.
I am currently accepting insurance from Regence BCBS, Cigna, and Educators Mutual Insurance. Otherwise, I’m considered an out of network provider. If I don’t accept your insurance, keep in mind the following: Insurance companies require that I provide a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement; they can request that I submit your complete record, and they control the therapy process, which is not conducive to the client centered approach I have adopted. I am able to keep your records confidential and there will be no mental health diagnosis on your record, which is important to some individuals. Currently, due to COVID most insurance companies are covering online sessions which makes this an even more flexible option.
The cost of therapy is a short-term investment that provides long-term benefits!
Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
