Rates & Insurance

It will improve your life and the lives of those you care about.

Insurance

I am currently accepting insurance from Regence BCBS, Cigna, Educators Mutual Insurance, Aetna and United Healthcare. Otherwise, I’m considered an out of network provider. If I don’t accept your insurance, keep in mind the following: Insurance companies require that I provide a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement; they can request that I submit your complete record, and they control the therapy process, which is not conducive to the client centered approach I have adopted.  I am able to keep your records confidential and there will be no mental health diagnosis on your record, which is important to some individuals. Currently, due to COVID most insurance companies are covering online sessions which makes this an even more flexible option.

Other Options

The cost of therapy is a short-term investment that provides long-term benefits!

Payment

I accept cash, check, debit cards, Health Savings and Flex Spending cards and all major credit cards as form of payment. I also accept direct payment through my HIPPA compliant client platform.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 24 hours.
