It will improve your life and the lives of those you care about.

Insurance
I am currently accepting insurance from Regence BCBS, PEHP, Educators Mutual Insurance and United Healthcare. Otherwise, I’m considered an out of network provider. If I don’t accept your insurance, keep in mind the following: Insurance companies require that I provide a mental health diagnosis for reimbursement; they can request that I submit your complete record, and they control the therapy process, which is not conducive to the client centered approach I have adopted. I am able to keep your records confidential and there will be no mental health diagnosis on your record, which is important to some individuals. Currently, due to COVID most insurance companies are covering online sessions which makes this an even more flexible option.
Other Options
- I can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurance company to request out of network reimbursement.
- You can use Health Reimbursement or Health Savings Account dollars for therapy services.
- If either you or your partner has an EAP (Employee Assistance Program) through your employer, this allows you and/or your family to engage in short-term counseling which is paid for by your employer. Upon completing the approved number of sessions, you can choose to continue counseling and be responsible for the payment yourself.
- I offer a minimal number of sliding fee slots. These are limited to a set amount of sessions I discuss with the clients who are using this service. If all slots are full, I do have a waiting list for when one comes available.
The cost of therapy is a short-term investment that provides long-term benefits!
